The mask gas exchange pressure difference tester (gas exchange pressure difference tester) is based on the standard YY0469-2011 Technical Requirements for Surgical Masks. The test principle is to use a differential pressure sensor to achieve the pressure difference between the internal and the external of the tested mask. The test item is equipped with a special tooling device to realize the test tightness of the product. It is mainly suitable for the measurement of the gas exchange pressure difference of surgical masks/mask fabrics and can also be used to determine the gas exchange pressure difference of other textile materials.The vacuum pump is used to realize the power source of the test product; the internal and external pressure measurement of the product is realized by the tooling and fixture, and the differential pressure sensor is built-in. The integrated machine with a built-in vacuum pump and a digital display meter can test pressure and show the data automatically.
