PTFE lined tanks also called PTFE Tank .The tank is made of carbon steel or stainless steel. The inner wall of the tank is made of rust -spraying, brushing, patch, welds and other procedures for forming a four -fluoride plate and steel container. PTFE has excellent chemical properties and chemical stability. It can resist strong alkali and strong acid and organic solvent corrosion, wider temperature resistance and lubrication, and non -viscosity.
The storage tank in the PTFE lining is used to store or reactor the drug solution solution liquid, chemical solution and other fields. The solution is in high corrosion or strong acid, and the stainless steel material cannot be tolerated. Therefore, the internal coating or lining PTFE is required.
